  • Contribute to the development of ICT policy communications for internal and external audiences.
  • Coordinate divisional governance responses, including support for parliamentary information requests.
  • Prepare high-quality divisional briefing documents and planning materials for senior stakeholders.
  • Apply working knowledge of the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and Information Security Manual (ISM) to policy outputs.
  • Engage and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, conducting and participating in meetings as required.

Key Experience and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience creating and reviewing ICT and cyber security policies within a complex organisational environment.
  • Proven ability to prepare clear, concise briefing documents and governance-related materials for senior audiences.
  • Experience coordinating or contributing to responses to legislative or parliamentary requirements.
  • Working knowledge of the PSPF and ISM, with an understanding of information management and specialist ICT advice.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse teams.
  • Experience in Australian Government policy writing, business planning, or preparing governance documentation is highly regarded.

Security Requirements:

Applicants must hold an active Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance (or higher) to be considered.

How to Apply:
